Serving clients in Carson City, Gardnerville and Minden, our Client Access Portal requires a username and password as all information is secured. All clients are eligible at no cost. We believe communication is critical to developing long-term client relationships.  IT Help tracks the status of all trouble tickets in real-time.  As a technician works toward resolving your issues, you’ll receive up-to-date status alerts via email to keep you informed of our progress.  It is similar to UPS or FedEx package tracking systems in that you are constantly kept informed regarding the status of your trouble ticket from the moment you report an issue until final resolution.  This portal also serves as a repository of all solutions provided so that you can easily reference historical work performed by our technicians.
